About Angelo Sciortino

Angelo Sciortino of Bethpage, NY who is seeking full-time work in the financial services sector, recently graduated from the University at Albany - SUNY with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In pursuit of his degree, he double-majored in Finance and Management and in Finance and Market Regulation. He was included on the Dean’s List five times over his college career. Angelo Sciortino belonged to the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Society and the Gamma Sigma Alpha Honor Society, along with serving as assistant treasurer for the Kappa Sigma fraternity.

Professionally, Mr. Sciortino spent time at the insurance firm Ebco International, Inc., as executive assistant. In this role, he worked alongside the president of the company, overseeing daily administrative functions. He also maintained client records and invoices, and implemented marketing strategies for the business. Prior to this, he spent two years as a legal intern for Island Abstract, Inc., a Long Island real estate title company.

In his free time, Angelo Sciortino has maintained a strong commitment to helping others. In 2017, he served as the assistance-coordinator representative of his college fraternity for the Relay for Life, an event promoting cancer awareness. He was in charge of setting up for the relay walk and obtaining food to be sold at the event to raise money for the cause. He also organized a three-mile run/walk for the Superhero Sprint.
